The refund policy is under the purview of the milestone which dictates the direction/roadmap followed by the project.
When users purchase software products/ services from HTS, Particularly in accordance with the business’s nature, HTS do not support any money back policy. In case, for any reason, you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, then you have to bring your concerns into notice within 7 days, after receiving our services/products subjected to valid reasons and company’s standard terms.
A refund will be issued from cleared funds. Kindly contact at email@example.com prior to returning any products/ services purchased on-line in order to determine and verify credit eligibility parameters. HTS’ liabilities are entirely bounded by project’s chunk values (client-company mutual proposals). HTS isn’t obligated for the losses that are due to services/products offered/ not offered or delayed at any point of time. All refund liabilities only holds if the given project has been canceled either from client’s side or if cancellation has been communicated to HTS in writing.
If the details offered by clients found incomplete, and/or complete details related to the assigned projects aren’t granted at the time project initiation, HTS isn’t legally responsible for following up project’s delivery or refund commitments.
HTS reserve all exclusive rights that bring any modifications to this Refund Policy without intimating any prior information/notice.
