Job Description:

The qualified candidate will be able to generate significant revenue and Commissions through aggressive outbound calling to executives and decision makers in various industries. The role is to managing sales pipeline, processing and closing sales per sales quota. In addition, the Business Development Manager must have the ability to approach and present to upper management and decision-makers.

Job Duties:
  • Generate new business through aggressive prospecting via cold calling, the Internet and networking.
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging company's network.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.

  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
  • Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.

  • Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Management or in any Engineering discipline with 2-3 years of relevant business development experience.

Job Description:
  • Drawing up detailed website specifications.
  • Develop new sites using WordPress.
  • Custom Plugin Creation in WordPress.
  • Assist the Lead Developer in shaping and implementing the WordPress platform strategy for the business.
  • Collaborate closely with the Lead Developer focusing on the scaling and resilience of Future’s high profile and high-traffic WordPress sites.
  • Developing modules for WordPress.
  • Maintain existing sites.
  • Liaise and interface with clients & stakeholders.
  • Document technical and functional specifications.
  • Provide technical consultancy services to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with IT and Systems departments to put best practice, QAT and platform appraisal processes into place.
  • Ensure that we meet commercial 'go-live' deadlines.
  • Mentor to junior developers.

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented PHP.
